Covid-19 Vaccination Compliance


Please note, the Victorian government is yet to release their events framework as of 5 November 2021.

Though based on government announcements and event industry briefings, it is expected that all 2022 wild deer hunting & outdoors expo exhibitors and their staff will need to adhere to the Victorian government mandate on double-vaccination for covid-19. This will be a condition of entry unless a lawful exemption applies. QR-code entry and vaccination status will be checked on each day of the event for compliance (including bump-in).

If you proceed with an exhibitor booking for the 2022 event, it will be your individual businesses responsibility to ensure all staff entering the expo site comply with this mandate. Individuals not able to prove/show double-vaccination for covid-19 will be denied entry to the event. In the event that site entry refusal causes your site to be vacant, no refunds will apply under this circumstance.

Please note, this is not a policy of MMG events, this would be mandated by the government to allow our event to proceed. If the government position changes between now and the event dates, our procedures will change accordingly.

All event patrons, contractors and MMG events staff will need to adhere to the same guidelines.
